本研究拟在复习中西医对急性喉炎认识的基础上，将导师薛宗义、李云英研制的纯中药制剂“金喉雾化剂”治疗急性喉炎，观察总结其疗效；同时，从动物实验角度出发探索其治疗急性喉炎可能的机制。

Methods 40 cases of ASA I～Ⅱlevel patients were selected,treating with the continues infusion of different third phenol by micro pump,the interrupted maintenance by using the Fentaini line of anaesthesia, and the throat atomization by 1%Amethocaine,in order to observe the BIS value.
方法40例ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级择期脑部手术患者,微泵持续输注异丙酚,间断使用芬太尼行麻醉维持,诱导中使用1%丁卡因喉头喷雾后气管插管观察BIS值,同使用安慰剂喷雾BIS的变化对比。
