Using the observational data of precipitation,temperature,hail,gale during 1961-2005, the long-term climate change trend of extreme weather and climate events over Yili Valley in spring and summer were analyzed.

Research on the health and safety problem in the air conditioner buildings on the extreme climate conditions;

Based on the precipitation data of 21 representative stations during the period from 1961 to 2000,used percentile threshold method to analyze the trends of minimum temperature,maximum temperature,extreme precipitation and extreme climate changes in each subarea.

The results show that:(1) the real change of the temporal & spatial frequency distribution have made obviously the probability of extreme values to be increase;(2) The change of variance or shape parameters of the distributions caurse the frequency increase of extreme climate events.

With frequent occurrence of extreme weather and climate events,human beings have suffered great disasters in various regions in the world.
