极端性转移(extremity shifts)亦称“冒险性转移现象”。指在团体决策中出现的比个人决策时更易产生走极端的倾向,特别是走向冒险的倾向。研究表明,有时团体决策可能比个人决策更容易走向极端,或倾向于冒险、或倾向于保守。所谓极端性转移,不是转移于冒险就是转移于保守。造成这种极端性转移的原因主要是团体决策中的责任分散和社会规范的影响。它的情境因素是在团体讨论开始时多数人的偏爱,如多数人一开始就偏爱冒险决定,则整体就可能向冒险转移,如多数人开始就倾向于保守,团体决策就可能变得保守。极端性转移是对正常群体决策的一种强烈干扰,在管理工作中应该注意防止这种现象的发生。 (孙俊山撰张交市)
