Objective: To compare therapeutic effects of Yishenyifang and its composing prescriptions in rats with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and investigate their effects about blood glucose, blood lipid, insulin sensitivity, pro-inflammatory cytokines and adipocytokines, sex hormone and oxidative stress.
目的:比较益肾Ⅰ方及其拆方分别对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)大鼠的治疗作用,并从血糖和血脂、胰岛素敏感性、促炎细胞因子和脂肪细胞因子、性激素以及氧化应激反应等方面探讨三个方剂的效应。
