目的建立清开灵膏中黄芩苷和绿原酸的含量测定方法。

≮美食原料≯
猪腰子一对(约400克),菠菜150克,盐、味精、花椒水各适量。
≮美食做法≯
1、将猪腰子片两片,去掉脂皮,去掉腰臊,切成小薄片。
2、将菠菜择洗干净切成3.3厘米长段。
3、坐勺添水烧开,将腰片,菠菜分别烫好,捞出投凉,控净水。
4、用碗加盐、味精、花椒水,放入腰片卤4小时,取出装盘,撒上菠菜段即可。
