Based on statistical analysis,brake drum experiment is developed to establish the prediction model of brake drum temperature by using SPSS.
山区公路由于地形限制存在较多长大纵坡,山区公路交通事故资料显示,一半以上交通事故发生在长大纵坡,其中绝大多数发生在下坡路段,重型车辆在长大下坡路段刹车毂温度过高致使制动失灵是事故的主要致因;本文应用统计学的理论,综合考虑车辆载重、车速、坡长、坡度等因素,设计刹车毂温度现场试验,运用SPSS回归建立刹车毂温度预测模型,模型预测的长大下坡路段刹车毂温度值可为避险车道位置的选定提供依据。
