肝积 病证名。五积之一。以其聚于胁下，如覆杯突出，如肉肥盛之状，故名。《难经·五十四难》：“肝之积名曰肥气。”证见两胁下痛，足肿寒，胁痛引少腹，男子积疝，女子瘕淋，身无膏泽，喜转筋，爪甲枯黑，脉弦细。（《脉经·平五脏积聚脉证》）治宜大七气汤煎熟待冷却，以铁器烧通红，以药淋之，乘热服，兼吞肥气丸。（《证治准绳·杂病》）参见肥气条。
