On the basis of data mining, prescription and drug screening, we designed the prescription "Hepatic Ji Pulvis", which had the functions of "purging cold phlegm, dispersing Qi stasis and promoting blood circulation by warming".
通过文献挖掘、方药筛选,设计出攻下寒痰、温散气滞、温通血脉的"肝积散"方,通过组织学观察大鼠肝脏组织炎症活动度及纤维化程度、放射免疫法测定大鼠血清透明质酸(HA)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)等初步实验,证实该方可使HA、PCⅢ显著降低。

肝积
肝积 病证名。五积之一。以其聚于胁下，如覆杯突出，如肉肥盛之状，故名。《难经·五十四难》：“肝之积名曰肥气。”证见两胁下痛，足肿寒，胁痛引少腹，男子积疝，女子瘕淋，身无膏泽，喜转筋，爪甲枯黑，脉弦细。（《脉经·平五脏积聚脉证》）治宜大七气汤煎熟待冷却，以铁器烧通红，以药淋之，乘热服，兼吞肥气丸。（《证治准绳·杂病》）参见肥气条。
