From the experiments and analysis,a new method is found that the discharge of the system with poor water quality can be used as the supplementary of the system with better water quality,which is called reverse recycling.
本文主要是探索和实践宝钢股份热轧厂内部循环系统不同水质的串级利用,利用水质情况比较差的系统的排污水作为水质比较好的系统的补充水,在大水量平衡的基础上,摸索出一种新的方式—逆向串级利用,达到充分合理利用水资源,减少排污,减少新水用量的目的。
