This paper discusses the dressing consciousness of female college students,which is affected and limited by some factors including the material manufacture,the traditional cultures and morality and the trend of art,and generally shows some common characters like pursuing beauty,competing with others,loving novelty,and having curiosity.

A process of hardware and software design for the recognizing device is given in this paper.
