The Convention adopts the way to monitoring not by government representative\'s direct supervision of the State party,but by an independent standing body of experts,that is,the Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
对《残疾人权利公约》的实施采取了独特的监督方式,并不要求缔约国政府代表直接监督,而是由独立专家组成的常设机构进行监督,即由残疾人权利委员会履行监督职能。

瑞典全国性的残疾人体育组织有：瑞典肢残人体育组织和瑞典聋人体育组织。在瑞典各运动项目的全国单项协会中，设有残疾人射箭部、篮球部、马术部、高尔夫球部、帆船部、无线电测向部、网球部、保龄球部、划水部。
瑞典设有全国残疾人奥林匹克委员会，负责协调全国残疾人体育工作。
各运动项目的单项协会则按照国际残疾人奥林匹克委员会和国际残疾人体育组织所制定的残疾人体育活动大纲，依靠自筹经费，开展国内的残疾人体育活动。
