Fourteen unreported N-substituted piperidin-4-one oxime ethers derivatives (Ⅰa~Ⅰn) were synthesized with (un)substituted benzylamines or phenethylamine as raw materials via a series of Michael addition, Dieckmann condensation, hydrolysis decarboxylation reactions, oximation and etherification.
以取代苄胺或苯乙胺为起始原料,依次经Michael加成,Dieckmann缩合,水解脱羧,肟化和醚化等多步反应合成了14个未见文献报道的N-取代哌啶酮肟醚衍生物(Ⅰa~Ⅰn)。
