1) Aphasia Battery of Chinese( ABC)

All of the patients will test the mini-mental state examination(MMSE) score, Aphasia Battery of Chinese( ABC) as well as the P300 and N400.
方法:选取2008年7月到2009年2月泸州医学院附属医院神经内科住院及门诊病人60例作为病例组,并按其CT或MRI结果分成左侧脑梗死组、右侧脑梗死组,另外选取30名健康志愿者作为正常对照组,进行简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分、汉语失语量表(ABC)测定以及ERP的P300、N400研究。

The assessment of language impediment can be used by scales, there are some scales for domestic and international clinical research such as Boston Diagnostic Aphasia Examination (BDAE), Western Aphasia Battery (WAB), Aphasia Battery of Chinese (ABC) and China Rehabilitation Research Center Aphasia Examination (CRRCAE).
目前国内外临床科研常用的评定失语症的量表主要有:波士顿诊断性失语症检查量表(Boston Diagnostic Aphasia Examination,BDAE)、西部失语症检查量表(WesternAphasia Battery,WAB)、汉语失语症成套测验(Aphasia Battery of Chinese,ABC)、中国康复研究中心汉语标准失语症检查量表(China Rehabilitation ResearchCenter Aphasia Examination,CRRCAE)等。
5) Chinese agrammatism battery

目的 设计了一套汉语语法检查量表 ,以准确、全面地评定汉语失语症患者的语法缺失程度 ,并测试其临床应用价值。

感觉性失语症
sensory aphasia
感觉性失语症(sensory aphasia)又称“威尼克氏失语症”(Wernieke，saPhasia)。病变位于颜上回之后部，由于其中储存的听觉语音记忆痕迹受影响，造成理解口语和口语表达困难。此时病人听力正常，但听不懂别人及自己说的话:严重时答非所问，病人常滔滔不绝地独自说个不停，但用词混乱，使人无法理解。病人对自己的病态毫无觉察，类似精神分裂症病人的思维破裂症状。障碍较轻时，病人对别人的言谈可部分听懂，但常发生错误。往往同时伴有失读症和失写症，但不如口语理解和表达障碍那样严重。 (赵亚忠撰刘协和审)
