麻疹闭证 麻疹闭证 病证名。指各种因素致使麻疹不能透发而邪毒闭阻于内者。如外感风寒，内热炽盛，饮食积滞，痰湿过盛等，都能使肺气受阻，腠理闭塞，影响麻疹的透发，出现疹当出不出，见点不透，或收没太快等证。宜宣肺透疹，结合兼证，佐以疏风解表、清热解毒、消食导滞、清肺祛痰等法，随证施治。或用芫荽一把，加酒适量水煎，温擦皮肤，促使麻疹外透。亦可由体虚气弱，不能抗毒外出，症见疹色淡白，隐而不透，面白唇青，形倦神怠，四肢不温，泄泻，舌淡苔白，脉微弱等。治宜益气和中，活血透毒。用补中益气汤加红花等。
