The article took the common Pleurotus geesteranus as the research object around MinQing,Fujian province,investigated pest species in the production,found out their annual occurrence of the total mushroom mosquitoes and flies and the major species,as well as the characteristics of the major pest species.
本实验以福建省闽清县秀珍菇为研究对象,调查了生产过程中害虫的种类,摸清了菇房中菇蚊菇蝇总量以及主要害虫全年的发生规律、为害特点;并就色板颜色、悬挂高度、悬挂密度、杀虫时间对及色板色差对菇蚊菇蝇主要害虫的诱杀效果进行了比较,并分析了灯光诱杀、色板诱杀以及黑光灯+色板诱杀对秀珍菇产量和幼虫为害率的影响。

[原料/调料]
鸿禧菇 30公克
金针菇 30公克
鲍鱼菇 30公克
柳松菇 50公克
豆腐 1块
海带芽 少许
日式高汤 5杯
红味噌 1大匙
白味噌 1大匙
[制作流程]
(1)将所有菇类洗净，豆腐切条状，海带芽泡水膨胀后，沥干水份备用。
(2)高汤放入汤锅内，用中火煮开，再放入所有菇类及豆腐，续煮约3分钟。
(3)红味噌与白味噌先用小碗混和拌匀，然后再放在细网里，放入汤中，用筷子搅拌过滤溶入汤内，此时汤的温度最好是在95℃，不可使之沸腾。等味噌都溶解后，汤沸腾前就熄火，再放入海带芽即可上桌食用。
红味噌(赤味噌)可在传统杂货店或日系百货公司购买。
煮味噌时，不要持续煮沸或让它煮的时间过长，因为这样不仅会破坏味噌的美味，同时营养也会流失。
