特征：一年生草本。植株被细硬毛。茎下部叶匙形、椭圆形、卵形、椭圆状倒卵形或宽矩圆形，两面背伏硬毛。
花：花冠蓝色，喉部黄色，具5个鳞片状附属物；子房4裂。具5附属物。花期5-6月。
果：小坚果卵状四面体形。果期6-9月。
生境：生于石质山坡或溪边草地上。
产地：北京见于房山、门头沟、延庆、密云等区、县。分布于华北、河南、山东、陕西等省。日本也有。
用途：全草入药，具有清热、消炎和止痛的功能。
