加减地黄饮

To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine in the treatment of cerebral infarction,control group was established by 21 cases and treated by Danshen injection and Piracetam injection,and treatment group was established by 37 cases and treated by ingredient modified“Rehmannia Decoction”plus other medicines effective to activate blood and dredge collaterals.
观察中医中药治疗脑梗塞的疗效 ,设活血通络法组 (丹参注射液、脑复康注射液 ) 2 1例 ,滋肾通络法组 (活血通络组用药基础上 ,加用自拟加减地黄饮 ) 37例 ,疗程均为 2周。

目的观察β-淀粉样蛋白1-40(Aβ1-40)大鼠海马双侧注射后大脑组织Caspase-3表达和海马神经细胞超微结构的变化及加减地黄饮子的干预作用。
