  y一ng}2 fushl Pol旧3h(yan应力腐蚀破裂试验(Stress corrosion Crack-ing test)评价材料应力腐蚀敏感性的金属腐蚀试验方法。应力腐蚀试样类型有光滑试样和带缺口试样、预裂纹试样。应力腐蚀的加载方式有:(1)恒变形法。它是通过给试样一定的变形来达到加载的目的,其裂纹扩展速度随裂纹的扩展而减小。根据不同情况采用二点、三点、四点或双臂弯曲法;U型弯曲法;C型环弯曲法;音叉型、O型试样加载法等。常用裂纹发生时间和裂纹深度来评价应力腐蚀敏感性。该法对筛选试验和现场试验都很方便,但定量评价有困难。(2)恒载荷法。它是利用祛码、力矩、弹簧等给试样加上一定载荷的方法。通常,外加载荷约为材料屈服强度的75%~90%,其裂纹扩展速度随裂纹扩展而加速。常用破断时间、临界应力、临界应力与屈服应力的比值来评价应力腐蚀敏感性。该法特点是易于定量评价。(3)慢应变速率法。将试样装在拉伸机卡头上在腐蚀环境下进行拉伸,试样的应变速率控制在10一“~10一7/S范围直到拉断为止。常用破断时间、最大应力下的应变量、最大应力、应力腐蚀断口占整个断口的百分率、断面收缩率等来评价应力腐蚀敏感性。该法在较短时间内能获得有关裂纹扩展的信息。(4)断裂力学法。采用改进的楔形张开加载试样(WOL)及双悬臂梁(DCB)试样,用螺栓使裂纹张开到一定位移来加载。给预裂纹试样不同的应力强度因子K值,求出裂纹停止扩展的应力强度因子(Kl、)、裂纹扩展速度da/dt和应力腐蚀断口占整个断口的百分率,以此来评价应力腐蚀敏感性。该法力学条件明确,Kl二可用于强度设计,且可得到裂纹扩展的信息。不同材料对SCC试验环境必须有针对性选择。如不锈钢和氯离子、碳钢和硝酸根离子、铝合金和氯离子等。应力腐蚀试验时间,一般室内加速试验为72oh或直到破坏;而模拟试验至少要进行Z000h。至于具体试验方法,各国已有一些应力腐蚀的标准试验方法,如美国材料标准试验协会(ASTM)已制定了各类标准方法,中国也已制定几种标准方法,涉及到不锈钢和氯化镁、铁铬镍合金和高温水、低合金钢和硫化氢介质等。 (吴幼林)
