性质:测试应力腐蚀破裂性能的一种方法。用机械手段将试样弯至预定形态如U形、C形、弯梁形等,用卡具保持恒定变形。在试验溶液(也可以是标准溶液,如沸腾氯化镁)中浸泡后,用金相显微镜检查裂纹的生成及形态。其优点是简单易行,缺点是裂纹产生后会引起应力松弛。此外,在确定最初出现裂纹的时间时,需要经常定期将试件从溶液中取出观察。
