肾俞虚痰 肾俞虚痰 病名。流痰病之。见《疡科心得集》卷中，以“辨附骨疽、附骨痰、肾俞虚痰论”为题，论述了发于大腿部之寒性脓疡。“又大人亦有之，男则系房劳不禁，色欲过度，肾水乾涸而生，女则由真阴不足，经枯血闭而发。起时腰痛足软，腿膝酸楚，渐渐腿股肿胀，又名股阴疽，久则成脓，或腰间肾俞穴肿硬，色白即名肾俞虚痰。二证溃脓后，皆不能收功。”即胸椎、腰椎结核病并发之肾俞部位寒性脓疡。证治参见流痰条。
