Objective:To explore the regulatory and mechanism of Bu Shen Huo Xue Hua Tan Decoction (BSHXHTD) in treating patients with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) diagnosed deficiency of kidney and blood stasis and sputum dampness syndrome.
目的:探讨补肾活血化痰汤治疗肾虚血瘀痰阻型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效及作用机理。

Purpose: Observer Congzhi Keli treatment of Vascular Dementia (insufficience of kedney and spleen with the turbid and gore toxin type) clinical efficacy.
目的：观察聪智颗粒剂对血管性痴呆(脾肾两虚兼痰瘀阻窍证)的治疗效果。

| 心血瘀阻证 因心脏脉络痹阻不通所表现的证候。常由年高体弱或久病正虚致心气或心阳虚衰，复因情绪激动，劳累受寒，痰浊凝聚等，使血脉阻滞而成。临床表现，心悸怔忡，心胸憋闷疼痛，痛引肩背内臂，时发时止。若痛如针刺，舌见紫暗 、紫斑、紫点，脉细涩或结代，为瘀血阻滞；若体胖痰多，身重困倦，闷痛特甚，舌苔白腻，脉沉滑，为痰瘀交阻；若剧痛暴作，得温痛缓，畏寒肢冷，舌淡苔白，脉沉迟或沉紧 ，为寒凝之象；若疼痛而胀，舌淡红或暗红苔薄白，脉弦，为心脉气滞血瘀；若气虚证明显，胸痛绵绵不已，为气虚血瘀。心血瘀阻的治法为益气通阳化瘀，方用生脉散合枳实薤白桂枝汤、血府逐瘀汤。 |
