目的:探讨中医学对痛风(gout)发病机理的认识,根据其急性期“湿热蕴结”的病变机理,制定“泄浊清热”治疗大法,选用古方“萆薜分清饮”进行化裁,拟定热痹消颗粒剂进行临床观察,同时进行实验研究,探讨热痹消颗粒剂对小鼠急性炎症及血尿酸水平的影响,为防治急性痛风性关节炎提供可靠的理论依据、临床循证证据和实验数据。
