Real Right Law explicitly stipulates the lost-and-found property system,but there are many obvious flaws,which include the expense scope paid by the finder to the assignee isn\'t specific when he recovers the lost property,the obligation of the lost property finder and the security department is fuzzy,the keeping ways and treatment methods are not scientific.
