[方法]将海洋贝壳牡蛎粉、消旋聚乳酸按一定比例复合,采用热致相分离法制备多孔复合人工骨(CAB)材料,检测其孔隙率、孔径、生物力学强度;并将CAB和纯PLLA薄片浸泡于37℃平衡液中,观测不同时间点CAB和纯PLLA体外降解变化参数,对其结果进行统计学比较。
