Object:Establish rat non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) model with high-fat diet;To study the effects of insulin resistance(IR), c-Jun N-terminal kinase-1(JNK1)、inflammatory reaction on the pathogenesis of NAFLD;To observe the effects of pioglitazone on NAFLD and the expression of JNK1 in liver;to explore the mechanisms of PIO on NAFLD.
目的:通过高脂饮食构建大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝病(NAFLD)模型;探讨胰岛素抵抗(IR)、c-Jun氨基末端激酶1(JNK1)、脂肪代谢、炎症反应在NAFLD发病机制中的作用;观察吡格列酮(PIO)治疗大鼠NAFLD的疗效及对肝脏JNK1表达的影响;探讨PIO治疗NAFLD的作用机制。
