The paper selected Cu and Cr as object, effects of Cu and Cr on physiological and biochemical characteristics of wheat and soil enzyme activities were studied, the author aimed not only to provide basis for crop protection, but also to provide basis for soil heavy metal contamination and prevention and cure.
本研究的主要研究结果如下:(1)用1/4Hoagland营养液水培的方法,研究了铜和铬单一及复合胁迫对小麦幼苗光合作用和叶片叶绿素含量的影响,结果显示:铜和铬使小麦的光合特性受到影响,单一铜胁迫时,随铜浓度升高,光合速率和叶绿素含量先升高后降低;单一铬胁迫时,净光合速率和叶绿素含量随铬浓度增大而下降;复合胁迫的光合速率在浓度低时升高,浓度高时降低;叶绿素含量则随复合浓度的升高而降低。

This paper studies the flow stress of chrom copper by experiment with the cam plastometer at a constant deformating rate, and analyses the effeets of flow stress under different deformation temperatures,different deformation rates and different deformation degrees.
