在本文创作时国际、国内经济条件的背景下,在国家和各地方政府针对劳务派遣亟待规范的问题,出台了的相关法律、法规的条件下,本文从对劳务派遣的认识入手,首先阐述了劳务派遣的概念并明确了劳动者、派遣机构和用工单位之间的关系,通过对劳务派遣在国内外的产生和发展历史的分析,以及劳务派遣在国内外发展的现状论述,特别是在制造型企业发展现状的论述,充分论证劳务派遣在当今中国的优势和不足,着重提出了在制造型企业中劳务派遣形式存在的主要问题,并针对现存的问题从理论上和对比分析上进行论述,提出了现阶段以“任务外包”为制造型企业劳务派遣发展趋势的结论。
