By applying the fuzzy mathematics in studying the relationship among the training, the learning and social activties of the unsversity and college student athletes, the author tries to seek an optimum of the determination of nature and quantity in time arrangement of training, thus providing the best model of time arrangement for spars time athletic training in university, and college.
