In order to realize combination of multiform active ingredients, a series of novel compounds of 1,3,4-thia/oxadiazole and 1,2,4-triazole were designed and synthesised.
鉴于不同活性杂环单元在同一分子中聚集能明显改善或增强化合物的生物活性这一特征,本文设计合成了一系列含有1,3,4-噻(噁)二唑和1,2,4-三唑单元的化合物,为新材料以及药物筛选工作提供了丰富的物质基础。

Condensation of 5 with aromatic aldehydes gave corresponding hydrazones 6, then cyclization of 6 in Ac2O afforded 1,3,4-oxadiazolines 7a~7f.
以化合物4为原料在不同条件下, 合成了一系列新的1,3,4-噁二唑啉(7), 1,2,4-均三唑的Mannich碱衍生物 10a~10f, 11a~11f, 12a~12f。

The acylhydrazones,without any treatment,cyclized under diacetoxyiodobenzene to obtain pyrazolyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives.
生成的酰腙不经处理,在高碘化合物二乙酰氧基碘苯氧化下直接关环,得到7个新型吡唑连1,3,4-噁二唑类双杂环化合物(5a~5g)。
