Especially, in the“Sanlu milk powder”incident, the whole world focus its attention on the export food safety of China again, and China’s primary products and food face tremendous challenges.

Aiming at the reality that the recent China export food security issues present frequently and by introducing the theory of corporate social responsibility,this article analyzes the lack of corporate social responsibility in some food manufactures,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and proposals from enterprise,government and social angle.
