A series of growth experiments was conducted to study the optimum dietary protein level of topmouth culter(Erythroculter ilishaeformis Bleeker) for a 2-month feeding trial .

By means of horizontal starch gel electrophoresis,eight isozymes (LDH,EST,MDH,IDH,SOD,ME,G-6-PDH,ADH)in muscle,liver,eye,heart of Erythroculter ilishaeformis Bleeker were srudied,The genee expression patterns of evevy isozyme were analyzed.
