| 香鱼 Plecoglossusaltivelis；sweetfish 鲑形目香鱼科香鱼属的唯一种。又称年鱼、记月鱼、海胎鱼、秋生子。因肉香味美而得名。体形细长，侧扁。头小，吻钝尖，吻端向下弯成钩状。口大。眼中等大，侧上位。上下颌有宽扁的细齿，前上颌骨及舌上均有齿。体被细小圆鳞，侧线鳞略长。脂鳍小，与臀鳍后端相对，尾鳍分叉。体背部黑绿色，体侧由上半部至下半部逐渐带黄色，腹部银白，各鳍皆呈淡黄色，脂鳍的周围呈微红色，在胸鳍的上方有1块鲜黄色的斑点。分布于中国、日本和朝鲜。中国从辽宁一直到福建、台湾沿海、广西钦州至北仑河都有此鱼。
溯河产卵的洄游性适温鱼类，喜栖息于沿海山溪水质清晰处，春末、初夏从海边游向上游，索食、生长、秋季产卵。受精卵孵化后，幼鱼当年到海中肥育，冬天在平静的沿岸越冬，次年春末幼鱼由海入江河。在海中以小型浮游动物为食。进入淡水水域以后，常以扁齿和吻钩在水底岩石面上刮取硅藻、蓝藻等，也摄食浮游动物和水生昆虫。 香鱼肉味鲜美，具有特殊风味。中国1980年人工繁殖取得成功。在浙江被誉为雁荡（山）五珍之一，在日本更被称为河鱼之王，视为鱼中珍品，广被养殖。 |
