性质:又称腺苷三磷酸,三磷酸腺苷,腺三磷。水解成腺苷5′-单核苷酸或腺苷5′-二磷酸和无机磷酸,并由此放出大量自由能。由ADP结合一个磷酸基形成的高能化合物,白色非晶形粉末。无臭,易溶于水,难溶于乙醇、乙醚、苯和氯仿。ATP是生物体内与组织生长、修补、再生、能源供应等密切有关的高能化合物。微有酸味。双钡盐不溶于水、单钡盐溶于水。在碱性溶液中稳定。以兔肉分离制提,为辅酶类药。用于治疗进行性肌肉萎缩、脑溢血后遗症、心功能不全、心肌疾患及肝炎等。制剂有注射剂、粉针剂。也常用于制备能量合剂。
