Alginate-encapsulate tumor cell assay was performed on the same mouse at the same time,and no immune mice were used as control as well.
方法:用endolgin疫苗免疫小鼠后,在同一只小鼠上同时建立小鼠Meth A纤维肉瘤模型和藻酸盐包被肿瘤细胞试验模型,2周后将FITC-dextran注射入小鼠体内,然后手术完整摘取肿瘤组织和藻酸盐颗粒,取部分肿瘤组织进行免疫组化检测血管密度的同时,将其他组织和藻酸盐颗粒匀桨并离心,取上清检测荧光强度,分析二者之间是否存在直线相关关系。
