| 离休 中国针对业已退出工作岗位的、中华人民共和国建立前参加革命的老同志设立的一种较优越的社会保障措施，也是涉及干部政策的一项制度。离休的条件是：中华人民共和国建立前参加中国共产党领导的革命战争，脱产享受供给制待遇和从事地下革命工作的老干部，在达到规定年龄而退出工作岗位后，实行离职休养制度。离休的年龄，部长、省长以上及相当职务的干部，正职为65周岁，副职为60周岁；行署专员以及相当职务的干部，年满60周岁；其他干部，男为60周岁，女为55周岁；身体不能坚持正常工作的，可以提前离休；确因工作需要、又能坚持正常工作的，可适当推迟。离休后的待遇是，基本政治待遇不变，生活待遇略为从优。离休后工资照发，并按照参加革命工作的不同时间，每年增发1～2个月的本人标准工资作为生活补贴。享受上述待遇的离休干部，一律不再发给任何形式的奖金。另外，对老干部离休后的医疗、住房、用车、生活用品供应及其他有关生活待遇，都有相应规定。离休干部所需各项经费，由原工作单位列入预算。行政单位在其他行政经费列支；事业单位在事业费项下的离休退休人员费用项目列支；企业单位在营业外支出列支。 |
