【性状】
本品为淡黄色结晶性粉末；无臭，无味。 本品在氯仿中易溶，在乙醇中溶解，在不中几乎不溶。 熔点 本品的熔点（附录Ⅵ C）为181 ～185 ℃。 吸收系数 取本品，加0.5mol/L硫酸溶液－乙醇(1→99)制成每1ml中约含10μl的溶 液，照分光光度法（附录Ⅳ A），在242nm与296nm的波长处测定吸收度，吸收系数（Ｅ 1% 1cm）分别为710～770与293～320。
【鉴别】
(1) 取本品约100mg ，加碳酸钠等量搅拌均匀，置干燥试管中灼烧，管 口覆以用1％1,2-萘醌-4-磺酸钠溶液湿润的试纸，试液显紫蓝色。 (2) 本品的红外光吸收图谱应与对照的图谱（光谱集504 图）一致。
【检查】
干燥失重 取本品，在105 ℃干燥至恒重，减失重量不得过1.0 ％（附 录Ⅷ L）。 炽灼残渣 不得过0.1％（附录Ⅷ N）。
【含量测定】
取本品约0.1g，精密称定，加冰醋酸20ml使溶解，加结晶紫指示液 1滴，用高氯酸滴定液(0.1mol/L)滴定至溶液显亮绿色，并将滴定的结果用空白试验校 正。每1ml高氯酸滴定液(0.1mol/L)相当于16.34mg的C18H19ClN4。
