Two new methods to improve the accuracy of risk decomposition have been proposed, based on different non-normal distributions-linear local weighted average and piecewise—linear curve-fitting.

In this paper, the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) of the project management is intro (duced), and the Risk Breakdown Structure (RBS) of project is established.
将项目管理中的工作分解结构引入到项目的风险管理,建立了项目的风险分解结构,结合BOT项目的风险特点,对BOT项目的风险识别方法进行了系统研究,提出了BOT项目风险识别的新方法,应用Borda序值方法对风险重要程度进行了排序。

On the basis of the life cycle theory,combining with the characteristics of large-scale agricultural fundamental project,the risk identification of work breakdown structure(WBS) and risk breakdown structure(RBS) was studied.
