The curriculum contents on Electric Power System Analysis for rural electricity talents are located and the teaching methods and means are established by teaching and reserching.

Based on it,the laboratory teaching reform was strengthened,and the cultivation of high-quality agricultural talents was promoted.

By using the concrete materials and data, this paper analyzes on the present situation and existing problems of our country s rural talents resources, and puts forward some practicable suggestions for making effective development of the rural talents resources, training and constructing a rural talents ranks with efficient number, complete type, rational structure and higher quality.
