| 工分 原是农业生产互助组组员相互换工的计算单位，以后在农业生产合作社和农村人民公社中用来计算社员参加集体生产的劳动量和劳动报酬。又称劳动工分。中国农村改革以前，集体经济组织中实行评工记分，即根据各个成员参加集体生产劳动的实际情况和各个成员的性别、年龄、体力、技术水平等，进行民主评议，确定每个人应得的工分，作为计算劳动报酬的依据。年终分配时根据集体经济单位收入的多少，积累与消费的比例和工分的总量决定分值。个人收入的多少，取决于个人一年的工分总量和分值。改革以后，中国农村普遍实行家庭联产承包生产责任制，取消了工分。 |
