The difficulty in obtaining the atmospheric pressure glow discharge in air controlled by the dielectric barrier limits the pipelining and industrial application of this method,so a new method to obtain a homogeneous dielectric barrier discharge in air is proposed.
为解决针对大气压下气体中尤其是空气中的介质阻挡放电为大量的细丝状放电组成造成的一些材料表面处理效果不均匀甚至在表面形成烧灼的小洞的问题,以及用介质阻挡放电的形式实现大气压下空气中的辉光放电非常困难,大大地限制了这种方法在工业领域的应用的状况,提出了一种能获得均匀介质阻挡放电的新方法。
