Through much analysis and research on the basis of the theoretical knowledge and practical experience,this paper finds out the interrelation among float glass forming process technical parameters and their change regularity and suggests taking it as standard to make each pair of top roller speed in cooperation and coordination each other during thinning or thickening glass.
基于理论知识和实践经验,进行了大量分析研究,找出了浮法成型工艺技术参数之间的相互关系及其变化规律,并提出在拉薄或拉厚玻璃时,应以使各对拉边机速度互相配合和协调为准则;同时,推导出了浮法成型工艺技术参数的计算方法和公式,为浮法成型实现规范化生产打下基础。
