It is highly recommended to utilize the experience of the developed countries on the intermediate policies for foodstuff price,to improve the current policies between the lowest purchase price of foodstuff and the direct allowance for the foodstuff growing.
我国现行粮食价格政策面临许多问题,应借鉴主要发达国家与地区对粮食价格干预政策的经验,完善粮食最低收购价格与种粮直接补贴政策,增加种粮农民收入,推进粮食产区新农村建设。

为保护农民利益、保障粮食市场供应实施的粮食价格调控政策。一般情况下，粮食收购价格由市场供求决定，国家在充分发挥市场机制作用的基础上实行宏观调控，必要时由国务院决定对短缺的重点粮食品种，在粮食主产区实行最低收购价格。当市场粮价低于国家确定的最低收购价时，国家委托符合一定资质条件的粮食企业，按国家确定的最低收购价收购农民的粮食。
