分水(fenshul)针灸穴名。见《兽医针灸汇编))o位于上唇外面,唇间旋毛正中,一穴。皮下是上唇固有提肌总健,其深面为鼻横肌,有上转动、静脉,上唇神经和颊上神经分布。施针时,紧握上转,用小宽针或三棱针直刺2厘米,出血。亦可用中宽针垂直刺入约1厘米,放血30一50毫升;毫针直刺3厘米「JL有醒神通络,止血镇痛作用。实验证明有升压、复苏、镇痛等作用。主治昏迷、中署、冷痛。配承浆作针刺麻醉可做头部手术。(孙永才)
