| 股癣 tinea cruris 发生于腹股沟的大腿内侧、外阴、臀部、会阴、肛门周围的癣菌感染性皮肤病。多见于男性。因患处温度较高，潮湿多汗，易受摩擦，故常见糜烂、结痂，亦可蔓延至耻骨、下腹部、阴囊等处。因剧烈搔抓，使皮肤苔藓样变。有时无中心自愈倾向，易误诊为湿疹或皮炎。多在夏季发作或加重，入冬则减轻或痊愈。治疗以外治为主，用癣药水或土槿皮酊外搽；或用颠倒散洗剂外搽。但不宜用肤轻松等药膏，否则使皮损扩大，病情加重。 |
