microsporosis capitis
头癣的一种。主要由小孢子菌引起。本病多侵犯儿童，尤以学龄前儿童较多。头部皮损早期呈灰白色鳞屑性斑片，圆形或椭圆形，而后在附近可出现一至数片较小的相同损害。患区头发一般距头皮2～4mm处折断，外周白色菌鞘，这是因为真菌孢子寄生于发外形成。断发极易拔除。一般无自觉症状，偶有轻度瘙痒。青春期后可自愈，愈后不留瘢痕。
