叉手自冒心

叉手自冒心   证名。两手交叉覆按心胸。因汗出过多,损伤胸中阳气所致。见《伤寒论·辨太阳病脉证并治》:“发汗过多,其人叉手自冒心,心下悸,欲得按者,桂枝甘草汤主之。”《伤寒溯源集》注:“发汗过多,则阳气散亡,气海空虚,所以叉手自冒覆其心胸,而心下觉惕惕然悸动也。”“此以误汗亡阳,心胸真气空虚而悸动,故欲得按也。”
