食管重复畸形
esophagus repetition malformation
又称“双食管畸形”。是食管的一种先天性畸形。其发生原因是在胚胎发育过程中上皮增殖及空泡化时期的错乱，遗留几个空泡串联在一起向纵轴发展而形成长形的重复畸形。其第二管腔与食管或咽下部相通或不相通。病变大或并发感染者，可引起疼痛或食管功能不良。食管钡餐造影或食管镜检查可见食管腔不同程度的移位或切迹可诊断。治疗原则为手术治疗，将并有黏膜衬层完全去除的病变部分切除。
