伞藻 Acetabularia 绿藻门绒枝藻科伞藻属的通称。分布在热带和亚热带海中。藻体钙化,有一条直立而不分枝的主轴。借主轴基部不规则分枝的假根固着在基质上。主轴上有轮生的无色毛或一个顶生轮生体,轮生体由若干配子囊射线组成。在每一配子囊射线的基部上下各有上冠及下冠,或仅有上冠,上冠上面有毛或毛脱落后留下的痕迹。伞藻属种类的发育要经历2~3年,配子囊射线内形成许多囊,释放配子并结合,合子萌发形成圆柱体及固着器。秋季,圆柱体死亡,剩下固着器;第二年春季,在固着器上又出主轴,主轴顶端有1或数轮不育枝,秋季再死亡;第三年春季,在固着器上再生出新的主轴,轴上有不育枝和轮生体,此时藻体呈伞状。伞藻属有20种,生长在内湾的中、低潮带有泥沙覆盖的石块或贝壳上。中国有7种,产于东海南部和南海。中国常见的有伞藻、极小伞藻等。伞藻种间容易嫁接,常被用来研究生长和发育的遗传控制。 |
