| 邓肯（1877～1927） Duncan，Isadora 美国舞蹈家，现代舞先驱。1877年5月26日生于圣弗朗西斯科 ，1927 年 9月14日卒于法国尼斯。她自幼热爱舞蹈，但反对古典芭蕾的僵化和刻板。21岁去欧洲，潜心研究古希腊艺术，从中领悟“ 通过人体动作神圣地表现人类精神”，舞蹈应该表现生命 。 她在伦敦演出，薄纱轻衫，赤脚起舞，动作自由随意，即兴性很强，给人耳目一新之感，受到欢迎。她数次访问俄国，对当时芭蕾的中心产生重大影响。邓肯认为，舞蹈来源于自然 ，人体动作应与大自然的运动 ——风、浪、地球的运动——协调一致。她的美学原则是：美即自然。她早期的舞蹈大多表现生命的欢乐，1913年之后，转向悲壮、英雄的主题。其代表作有《 马赛曲 》 、《斯拉夫进行曲》、《国际歌》、《第六交响曲》（柴科夫斯基）等。由于邓肯的作品即兴成分很大，所以传世甚少。其思想、艺术见解散见于《邓肯自传》和后人的回忆录，她的实践和理论对舞蹈艺术有很大影响。 |
