As a result,we come to a consensus about the change in civil retrial system.
随着改革开放的进一步深入和市场经济体制的建立和发展,新情况、新问题不断涌现,我国的民事诉讼法中关于再审制度的规定已难以适应当前法制建设的需要,因此,对民事再审制度进行改革已成共识。
